Tug-o-war training starts Sunday 24th January and will be moving to a Tuesday evening once the daylight hours increase. Please ring for details if you would like to join us.

The Royal Oak is a little rural gem set in the heart of the West Sussex countryside between Horsham and Dorking and within easy reach of the A24. We are North Sussex and Sussex CAMRA pub of the year again in 2009.  We can now add Surrey and Sussex CAMRA pub of the year for 2009 to our list of achievements, thank you to all of you who help make this pub what it is!

Our award winning pub received North Sussex, Sussex and Regional CAMRA pub of the year awards last year (2008) as well  before going on to the finals of where it was voted runner up in the national CAMRA pub of the year for 2009.

We always carry seven real ales from micro breweries, three ciders and two perrys . A mild is always available and Lager NEVER seen!

We have a small wine list of exceptionally good quality wines including a selection from a local Sussex Vineyard all at affordable prices.
